Ombak126 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Guidelines for Malaysia's Online Casino & Sports Betting

• "Rollover" / "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum wagering amount that must be met before a bonus or promotional credit can be withdrawn.
• "Valid Bet" refers to a bet that has been fully settled and has not been voided or refunded.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ombak126 platform and will result in immediate disciplinary action, including suspension or permanent account closure:

• Exploiting technical glitches or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus abuse includes hedging strategies, bonus arbitrage, or splitting accounts to claim multiple bonuses.
• Any form of fraud, including the use of another person's credit card or bank account details.
• Sharing account credentials or allowing another individual to use your account.

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to ombak126's systems or network data.

Ombak126 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms set out in this document.
• Failed identity verification or refusal to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months. A maintenance fee of RM 5 per month will be charged on inactive accounts after this period until the balance reaches RM 0.

Ombak126's maximum liability to any member for any claim is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
